Wellness Challenge

--30 Minute Wellness Challenge--

I am putting out this challenge in hopes of motivating my fellow Vancouver Islanders to get their recommended 30-minutes of daily physical activity. For most this is easily attainable, and the health benefits are simply too good (check out my related blog) to pass up!

To participate just tweet me a pic @derekbrownDC of your daily workout. Walk, hike, do yoga, lift weights, play hockey... or even put up a new fence! It doesn't matter what you do so long as you are getting a bit of a sweat going for at least 30 minutes. Be sure your daily tweet lets me know how many days in a row you've managed!

As participation numbers grow I will be having mystery prize draws of escalating awesomeness. Make sure you get your tweets in, as only people who participate the day a milestone is reached will have a chance to win!
